Refund Policy
At OUTSYN, we strive to deliver premium quality products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
3. Return Process
- Email us at Contact@outsyn.in with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear product images
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
- Once the product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
- Bank transfer / UPI
- Customer must provide correct payment details
6. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product received
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- ₹[amount] may be deducted as return handling fee (if applicable)
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
