Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For eligible prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

OUTSYN does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is identified as unauthorized or fraudulent, we may take appropriate action regarding the related order.

12. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, the applicable COD terms and charges, if any, will be displayed during the purchase process.

COD availability may depend on:

For COD orders, payment is collected according to the applicable delivery process.

Eligible COD refunds may require the customer to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

14. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please carefully check your:

  • PIN code

OUTSYN may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or similar customer-related circumstances, the applicable resolution will be handled according to our shipping and return policies.

15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellation-related matters are governed by our separate:

Our current policy includes a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.

Products must generally be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

16. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

For wrong, damaged, or visibly defective products, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.

The video should ideally show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The shipping label and Order ID, where visible.
  • The package being opened.
  • The product received.
  • Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy.

The unboxing video may be requested as supporting evidence when reviewing a claim.

Customers should keep the product, tags, packaging, and other relevant materials in their received condition until the issue has been reviewed.

The applicable resolution will be determined according to the circumstances and our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

17. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

For COD orders, eligible refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after the required payment details are provided.

The time taken for a refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment service provider, or other financial institution involved.

18. Exchanges

Where an exchange is offered, it will be subject to:

  • Availability of the requested size/product.

  • Exchange requests being submitted within 7 days of delivery.

For size-related exchanges, customers may request a different available size of the same product, subject to product availability.
