Track Your Order

Thank you for shopping with OUTSYN! Here's how to check the status of your order.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link from our courier partner.

Step 2: Use Your Order Status Page

Every order also comes with a personal Order Status page link, sent to you by email and shown on your checkout confirmation screen. This page shows real-time updates: Order Placed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Order Timeline

  • Order Confirmed: Immediately after you place your order
  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Shipped: Tracking number sent via email once dispatched
  • Delivered: Typically 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location

Can't Find Your Tracking Info?

If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. Still can't find it? Reach out to us with your Order ID and we'll help you right away.
