How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link, when available.
2. Check Your Order Status
You can also use the Order Status page provided with your order. Your order status may progress through the following stages:
Order Placed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you when available.
Delivery usually takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to your location, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation after 2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first.
